“This place was amazing! My friend and I stayed there while visiting Rome. We each had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The private patio off the back was wonderful! It was a great place to relax after a long day of touring the city. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was easy to get an Uber/Cab from our place to go places that were further away. Our host was so accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here……

“Excellent customer service, the road to the hotel was closed the day of our arrival due to a local marathon run. The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off & guided us through the neighborhood to the hotel pointing out landmarks & local amenities along the way. ”

“The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit confused on having to pay cash for taxes when we arrived. VRBO mislead us and told us we didn't have to, but in reality we did. Our host was so kind when we had to apologize for the misinformation from VRBO. I would stay at this property again. But don't know if I will be using VRBO ever again!! They need to train their customer support better.”

“We absolutely LOVED this apartment! It was spacious and everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and see many things in the city. Our only hiccup was no hot water in one bathroom. I’m sure it was an easy adjustment to fix. I let Sonder know and someone was coming out once we checked out. I would have let them know the first day, but we just thought it was many people showering. We will 1000% stay again! Thank you! ”

“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”

“This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25……

“性價比不太化算。 鄰近羅馬火車站，地理位置優越。 但如果以機場、景點考慮，就不是化算。 ”

“入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。”
