Also has restaurants nearby. Balconies are huge, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The only possible downside I could think of is that the bottom sheet was kinda grubby. It appears that the bathroom fixtures are brand new. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is an employee on site at the desk once you enter through keypad entry. The service floor offers coffee and taps for fresh water, which I have not seen in any other hotel. The room has a min fridge and coffee, tea and a water vase. It offers a king size bed which is rare in Rome for this price point. However, the bed is super firm and my partner thought it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no issues. The balcony has no view. It is just an extension of the roof area. Andrea, the new owner greeted me and accommodated my request for early check in with no problems He was great and very kind me. There is a very good restaurant right next door that offers breakfast (pastries only) lunch and dinner, and a pharmacy right next door - as well as an open market a block down. Anything you may need is within walking distance. There are more good restaurants within 15 minute walking distance, and grocery stores are also 10-15 minutes walking distance away. If not for the extra firm bed that did hinder my sleeping, I would stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great and very clean and nice for the price point!
