不满意：服务设施，清洁度
We booked third party, Expedia walking in the room smelled rancid, my husband thought there was a used tampon the air conditioner I couldn't tell from the thick covering of mold, lint garbage and mouse crap . There were holes everywhere stains and food all over every surface and all, crusty things , mouse poop in closets so much black mold in the shower I knew we would be sick , the hole in the living sleep area was see through . The fridge when opened leaked water all over the carpet (and an insane amount ) and both smoke detectors were not presented as well and bloody tissue in the bathroom and feces on the wall . Asked for a different room she came and showed us another (the only room left she said ) equally gross but a step up, still disgusting dirty and smelled . But there were smoke and carbon detectors . At this point it was midnight and we had to leave early . We went to bed and in the morning awoke to our toilet not working and urine spilling out all over the floor we asked for more towels just disgusted she let us go shower in yet a third room (thought there were no open rooms ) I will never book with Expedia again no refund or cancellation or we would have .. illegal to rent rooms with no smoke detectors . Also no screens on windows she asked us where the screen was (we opened the windows to air our the stench ) there was never any . Just grosss and illegal and unsafe !!!!! Drug addicts fighting outside bad area scary location pics lie ! Don't REnt
