“This cottage is located about 2.kms from the downtown area. An easy walk, or drive if the weather is bad. There are a couple of convenience stores in the immediate area as well as a small cafe. The cottage itself is comfortable, a big space to stay in. The kitchen is adequately equipped for a few nights stay. There is a washer but no dryer (an outdoor drying tree is attached to the garage. Close to Marine Parade for walks along the oceanfront. It's an older property but well maintained....
