60 m2 apartment with nice layout with walking distance to restaurants / shops in central Nerja.
It is also walking distance to Neraja's beaches including Burriana.
2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
Comfortable leather sofa bed in living room / living room.
Fireplace
The three rooms all have air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen area with fridge which has a freezer section.
Bathroom with shower and bath.
The bathroom also has a washing machine.
Large openable glass section out to the 20 m2 large balcony which has day / evening sun and very beautiful views of Nerja and the Mediterranean.
The balcony also has an awning for everything for hot days.
Gas grill for nice and easy cooking is also available.

Fantastic Views and Great location
The apartment was modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were a huge bonus! Mercadona and Carrefour are within walking distance if you don't mind walking the hills. Thomas and Eva were great hosts and provided us with all the information promptly.

Excellent apartment in great location
The apartment was superbly equipped with everything we needed for our two week holiday. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was especially welcome as the weather was very hot. The balcony was spacious with great views, sun beds, table and chairs and a gas barbeque. Check in was so easy as it was a keyless entry system. Not having to worry about losing the door key was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nerja.

Logement très agréable et bien équipé
Terrasse très agréable avec super vue sur la mer. Appartement très bien équipé à tout niveau: barbecue, cuisine, climatisation, ventilateurs, tv, store, équipements pour la plage. Le panier d'accueil est très appréciable également. Nous n'avions juste pas compris que la piscine n'était pas dans la résidence. Il faut marcher 3 minutes pour une résidence à côté mais cela se fait très bien. Thomas a été très efficace car nous sommes arrivé en avance et il nous a permis d'accéder au logement.

Modern Apartment
The apartment was reasonably easy to locate using the car satnav and the information provided by the host. The host was very helpful throughout all our ommunicatikns and were happy to allow to the check-in early as no one had been in the property just before us so was ready for guests. Access is with an entry code which was emailed to us prior to our arrival. This system was easy and very convenient to use and also made the property feel very secure. The apartment is lovely, bright and airy inside with lots of quirky pieces of furniture and accessories, really lovely and comfortable. There is a generous balcony with views that stretch for miles. The pool that you can access is easy to find and was so quiet during our stay....at times we had it to ourselves. The apartment is located 25 mins walk from the main centre of Nerja and is easily walkable through a built up area both day and night. The complex in which the apartment is located was super quiet, possibly as a result of covid and there were alot of empty apartments beside us. This will hopefully change once foreign travels return.

Lägenhetens läge med utsikt över stad och hav var fantastisk. Tack vare det höga läget fläktade vinden nästan varje dag, det var med tanke på värmen, 25-32 grader, livsavgörande. Då lägenheten hade AC i alla rum var nätterna behagligt svala. Vi vill verkligen rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra. Roger & Barbro
