Your family will be near everything New Roads has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located gem. Walking distance (1 mile) from the New Roads boutiques and the center of town. With a short 30 minute drive to St Francisville or Baton Rouge, this is the perfect location! This Louisiana inspired space is located near the heart of New Roads. This is a safe and inviting 2 story townhouse. With great neighbors and a dedicated parking space, you are sure to enjoy the comforts of home! You have full access of the house during your stay and self check-in.

A Very Nice Townhouse
My wife and I were here only 2 days for a wedding. It is a very nice, cozy 2 bedroom townhouse. It was very clean, quiet, and would be perfect for a couple or a family of 4. All of the basic amenities are there. The bed was extremely comfortable. A selection of designer toiletries and hair products was also provided. The welcoming snack treat basket was appreciated after our long trip to get there. Relatives that stayed at the local Best Western wished that they would have booked Madison de Ville before we did.

Great location
Location super convenient to downtown, Stephanie was very responsive. Very clean, newly updated and lots of little extra touches - snacks, bottled water and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

We only spent one night as we were traveling through Louisiana. The place was comfortable, clean and had nice touches. Most importantly, it had everything that we needed and we really appreciated the coffee, bottled water and snacks! Thank you for a good night sleep on our long journey. New Roads is also a really cute town. We enjoyed the restaurants and looking at the beautiful homes.

Wonderful place!
Thanks so much Stephanie for going above and beyond! The townhouse was great! Very clean and spacious! We were able to check in early because our daughter arrived early after traveling at night with a baby! She provided snacks and coffee, which was so thoughtful! Very close to everything!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again for everything!!!
