不满意:服务设施,员工和服务
The attitude towards me (Asian) and other white customers is clearly very different. Makes me very uncomfortable and ruined my stays.
First thing, do not trust the hotel’s response and waste your time on replying to the by phone. I saw their reply to my review requiring more information, so I called them at the provided number but the person who answered just simply disappeared after I spelled my name to her. Definitely not respectful. And you can feel they don’t care about the reviews.
Second thing, more details on the attitude thing. I arrived at the hotel for check in and a male receptionist assisted me. I saw how he treated other white customers with big smiles and very patient and very passionate. However, he was not very happy in face when he talked with me. And he did several things that make me very uncomfortable:
1. Never explained how to use ‘destination fee’ to me. I heard some pieces of information about it when he and other receptionists talked with other customers and asked another receptionist next day for more details such that I can use my $30.
2. When he explained how to use the elevator to me, he kept asking if I have questions about the elevator even after I told him I understood and have no questions. He treated me as if I was an idiot. Rude and disrespectful.
3. His happy face( towards another two white customers) changed at the first second when he started to talk with me. It's definitely not my duty to tolerate his attitude.
