We were visiting for the Memorial Day weekend and the stay at the hotel wasn’t the best but you do get what you pay for.
The pros about this property is that the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and there’s nearly supermarkets and shopping complexes.
The hotel offers good and free breakfast, they have a pool, the hotel staff refilled our room with additional towels, the staff and the housekeepers were nice and a laundry room so that was nice for us.
But the cons: the carpet felt sticky where we had to wear sandals and shoes to protect our feet, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way through, and we had to change the connection cords where we needed to plug in either the TV, Coffee Maker, Microwave or some random cable, probably the wired telephone. As a person who values physical health, I was disappointed when the gym wasn’t maintained, it smelled funny, most of the equipment wasn’t working properly and it was dirty. Through the three days we stayed, everything was fine but on the last day, the power went out in the morning on the day we checked out, random alarm sounds were activated which disturbed our sleep and the elevator was down.
I hate giving out bad reviews for any hotel especially this is my first time booking a choice hotel but if the management from Sleep Inn look at this review, please don’t take this offensive but use the criticisms to improve this hotel and have the potential to make this mediocre hotel into a better hotel.
