This rare 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for a family get away or a work trip shared with a colleague. Modern decor with an elegant theme, the DIX condominium #4 is the perfect getaway in the heart of OKC

The Dix on 34th is a Perfect place for a work trip or a weekend getaway. there is a great deck on the back and off street parking that's right in the back! its close to all the great parts of OKC including Western avenue, midtown, uptown 23rd and downtown. It's also close to Remington park and the softball hall of fame! Feel free to relax and make yourself at home in this great condo!
Quiet hours Sunday through Thursday are from 10pm-8am and on Fridays and Saturdays they are from 12am-9am

There is absolutely no smoking inside. Any guest that smokes any product inside will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.

A very homey spot, and much much more spacey than the photos let on!
We were very happy upon walking in! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was very clean. We had a great stay here overall!

Review
The PROs are the place was clean, the price was reasonable, and the host was very nice and interested in our stay being a good one. The CONs are the bed mattress seemed old and wasn’t supportive creating a bowl in the middle, and both non-stick frying pans had the teflon peeling off (which if made prior to 2013 had the carcinogen PFOA). Both these frying pans need to be replaced - a half decent 3-pan set from Walmart is $18. Finally, the house is old and the floor upstairs (our ceiling) creaked fairly loud, so with the tenant upstairs staying up until about 2 am and moving around a lot it was hard to sleep before then.

It was good at first but upon leaving, I found what looks like drug paraphernalia. No response back.
The location was perfect, and the unit, upon arrival, looked very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The kitchen was stocked with some basic necessities. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well. Suggestions: The kitchen could use some baking sheets, a new can opener, a spatula, a paring knife, and pot holders. Add a TV for at least 1 bedroom. Parking is not easy. The parking area is hard to get in and out of if you are not the first one to park. (which is explained in the check-in process.) You can park in the street. Upon checking out and doing a final walk-through, including gathering towels and cleaning, I found something in one of the kitchen drawers by the sink. I took a picture and sent it to the text host phone number, but I did not receive a response.

Great Location
Owner has excellent communication skills and provides detailed instructions on getting there and parking. Unit was clean and in a great location. He provided a plethora of information with a sense of humor in the binder left in the unit for places to eat and visit. It is a nice touch and very much appreciated. We have no complaints about him or the apartment. The upstairs neighbors, not sure if they are long term tenants or short term renters, were very loud during our stay to include slamming doors and arguing. This is no fault of the owner and can happen wherever you stay. We would stay here again due to the overall positive experience.

Just what we had expected and hoped for!
It was a perfect property for my daughter, Dad and I to stay at while we were in town for a cheer competition. It was comfortable, easy to access, great communication with owner and a great location to the convention center where she was competing! If we end up back in OKC for a comp we would stay there again.

Nice little place in a convenient area.
This stay was easy to get to with a great private parking area. Although quite basic, the beds were comfortable and it has nice kitchen/living/dining area for staying with family. It’s conveniently located on the ground level of the complex for easy entry with luggage. However, residents on the upper floor did make it a bit noisy. All in all, we would stay here again.
