Stunning, new construction basement apartment. The open space has everything you will need. Beautiful full kitchen 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry and a huge, beautiful family room. Whether you are gathering as a family, visiting the area or escaping for time away - this is the space for you! Close to everything - restaurants, shopping, BYU, Sundance, UVU and so much more.

The Space:
Stunning, new construction basement apartment. The living space in the apartment has everything that you will need to feel like home. Boasting a beautiful full kitchen, laundry and a huge, beautiful family room. Whether you are gathering as a family, visiting the area or escaping for time away - this is the space for you! Close to everything - restaurants, shopping, BYU, Sundance, UVU and so much more. And yes - waffles are provided for breakfast - seriously!

Guest Access:
Private entrance with a code lock and self checkin

The Neighborhood:
Brand new development in the middle of Orem - but hidden from everything. We call it our little place of Heaven!

Interaction with Guests:
We are close - but allow our guests the privacy they would like. Self checkin - but if you need something, just let me know!

Spacious and Beautiful
We had a girls retreat, and this place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and spacious, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back.

it was cold and we could not control our heat. not enough wash rags. no instructions on how to work tv. the toilet seat had a crack in it. i got several cuts from it and so did the person that i shared the bathroom with, we had to put a wash rag over it so we could pee. we had to put a blanket over the window in the master bedroom so we could have privacy, no instructions on how to leave the place.

Excellent Place!
Thank you so much to our hosts! I would stay again anytime I am visiting Utah. Property was super clean, spacious, in a very convenient location, and hosts are the nicest people. It was really a lovely experience!

Very nice basement property. Great communication, easy check in. The area is new construction. It was just my wife and I however the place has plenty of beds for a large family.

Great place to stay!
We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.
