The spacious primary bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a large closet, a work desk, and a 55" smart TV for your entertainment.

The second bedroom features two cozy twin beds, a 40" smart TV, a dresser, and a medium-sized closet.

The third bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, a dresser, and a medium-sized closet.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids or young-at-heart with its bunk bed and pull-out trundle. It also includes a washer/dryer for added convenience and a 40" smart TV for entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE: The lower level (basement) area is not available for guests as it is occupied by the property manager. The door will remain locked from both sides to ensure privacy and security

Winter Snow Policy: Should heavy snowfall close BOTH PASSES leading to the property on your arrival day, we'll gladly consider rescheduling your stay. You'll have the flexibility to re-book within 90 days of your initial reservation, pending availability. This ensures you can enjoy your getaway under more favorable weather conditions. Please note, this policy applies solely to snowfall preventing safe property access.

GUESTS: Only guests listed on the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property/house premises. Any additional guests must receive prior approval before the reservation and are subject to additional fees.
