“We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. “The property was nice. The only issue with my host was that the TV remote was broken and was unable to get me a new one during my stay so I was unable to use the TV. The other issues were with Purgatory Resort. The hot tub was broken and wifi was spotty at best.”

“My family enjoyed our first visit to Durango this spring break, and the condo proved to be in a very handy location. It's just about 10 minutes from the slopes, so it was an easy drive back and forth and we really enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants and hot tub close by in the evenings. Accessing the upstairs loft is via a spiral staircase and since we had a lot of gear for skiing we carried one suitcase up but left the larger one downstairs.
