We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations i.e. that you found the rate a little too high. It is true that our hotel is located in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Paris where everything is relatively expensive. Please let us know what would have made your stay more pleasant. It is true that our hotel is situated in an old, traditional Parisian building where everything is relatively small and where it is unfortunately not possible for us to install an elevator! This is mentioned on all our websites but sadly is often overlooked. We thank you therefore for making this important point more visible to other guests. It is true that our hotel is in an old traditional Parisian building, where unfortunately it is not possible for us to install an elevator and where everything is relatively small, as is typical for the center of Paris. Il est vrai que les hôtels en général partout dans le monde ont l’habitude de prendre la carte de crédit au check-in, même si le séjour est payé à l’avance, simplement en garantie, en cas de dégradation, d’extras, etc. Ceci n’est en rien personnel et nous ne supposons pas du tout que vous allez casser quelque chose volontairement, mais c’est le « système » qui nous oblige ce genre de procédures. Il s’agit simplement d’une prévention administrative. Car nous avions eu effectivement des mauvaises surprises et des cas où l’enregistrement de la carte nous a été utile et nécessaire par la suite. Aussi, tous ces documents d’enregistrement sont détruits 3 mois après le passage des clients dans nos hôtels. Nous vous remercions pour votre confiance et serions heureux de vous accueillir de nouveau dans nos hôtels, pour vous prouver notre confiance envers vous.
