This 5-bed, 4-bath Mountain Modern home, designed by Michael Upwall, offers weather dependant ski-in/ski-out access. Unwind in a roof-top hot tub amongst mountain vistas for a memorable stay. With in-floor heating, outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, and a gourmet kitchen, this 6,116 sq ft haven ensures a luxurious stay. Ski run access is determined by Park City Mountain Resort weather based openings.

The Space:
Welcome to a sanctuary of modern design and mountain elegance. Our 4-story Mountain Modern vacation home boasts an impressive 6,116 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out and make the most of their mountain retreat.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

- Our home features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. On the ground floor we have 2 well designed rooms with queen sized beds, both sharing a full bathroom. Moving up to the entry floor we feature a shared room with 2 queen beds with a hallway access full bathroom, down the hall is the primary suite with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Going up to floor 3 guests will find a locked owners suite held private and unavailable to guests. Arriving to floor 4 is a half bath paired with a vaulted bedroom with a queen sized bed.

- There are 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths in total featuring sleek, contemporary designs and luxurious amenities, allowing everyone to freshen up in style.

Living Areas:

- The open-concept living area is a haven of relaxation. With floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the picturesque mountain landscape, you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors. The cozy seating area, centered around a warm fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind and share stories from your day.

- A spacious dining room offers seating for all your guests, and the adjacent fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream. Complete with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, it's ready for all your culinary adventures.

Ski-In/Ski-Out Access:

Guests beware! There is no guarantee the Winter Way ski run connected to the back door of this home is open at the discretion of Park City Mountain Resort and the cooperation of the weather and snow-pack levels. One of the most remarkable features of our neighborhood is the direct ski-in/ski-out access to the renowned Park City Mountain Resort, accessible via the Winters Way ski run. Whether you're an avid skier or a snowboarding enthusiast, this convenient access ensures you can hit the slopes at your leisure, making for a memorable winter vacation.

Natural Beauty and Seclusion:

Nestled on a sprawling 6.34 acres of natural forest scenery, our home offers a level of privacy and tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere.
