Welcome to one of our newer Mandurah suburbs - Lakelands just north of Mandurah

Modern Lakelands Shopping Centre is a 2 minute drive away and Mandurah an 11 minute drive. This is a great location for a family with a sporting event on at Larkshill Sporting Complex as well. Sleeps 5 comfortably with a fold out single bed (suitable for a child) for your use as well. Bed linen and towels included with your stay and basic toiletries. DVD player and DVD's supplied.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a cottage block but with everything you need for a great getaway in the Peel region. Reverse cycle air conditioner. Modern kitchen with a Weber BBQ, table and chairs supplied in the outdoor area. Secure double garage for parking and a street car bay.

Quiet residential area full of parks and large shopping centre nearby. Short drive to Mandurah and all that it offers with crabbing and the estuary.

Short drive to the ocean as well - everything is at your doorstep and only a 46 minute drive from Perth so great for a weekend getaway.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.

Really enjoyed it
We were staying for quite a while, and this was perfect for us. It was exactly what we needed, it had everything we wanted. I would definitely stay again!! Aside from the no internet, but that wasn’t really an issue as we just bought SIM cards with data and used that. Also. The “queen” bed, that was no queen! It was so large that I was able to have myself, my baby and my partner sprawled out with out any of us touching! No bed will ever compare! Definitely would recommend this place!

Great property for the price
Lovely place where we had a good stay. Only concern was the number of beds. It says it sleeps 7 but I would say 5 at a pinch. Happy to talk about this off-line as don't want to bring down the property that others might be considering. Well located with lovely natural areas in easy walking distance and everything else close by.

Nice house, great area just lacked WIFI.
The house was lovely, the area was very nice. We really needed a WIFI connection having just arrived in Australia but unfortunately the property did not have WiFi and the phone signal in the area was really poor so we struggled to do alot of things.
