Great location but repairs needed
We have stayed here before and like the unit and love the location--but some repairs are needed: handrail on stairs outside of unit is falling off of the wall and dangerous, none of the lights in the kitchen work, rug in the living rooms is dirty and needs to be vacuumed very badly, glassware = 1 wineglass and coffee mugs-no other glasses, missing light in bathroom, light in shower not working, had requested extra towels but didn't get them. Bed is comfortable, great value, easy check-in, and we like the unit, just needs a bit of maintenance.

Missed Opportunity
A near perfect spot to stay in Center City. We had walking access to nearly everything we wanted to do while in town. But..., the apartment had stained sheets, only bath towels, a bank of ceiling lights that didn't work and a hallway staircase bannister leading up to the apartment that was torn out of the wall and not repaired, despite it being a steep staircase. The throw rug under the coffee table in the living space was not vacuumed. The bottle of shower wash in the shower was empty. And too many other minor things that a host should and typically does take care of so his guests can arrive and enjoy their time were not done. By the way, a 10am check out time is unheard of and trying to get the 'management company' to allow us until 11am garnered a demand for $50 more.

Wrestlemania 40 Weekend
I found the apartment to be fantastic. The security is great two codes to get in one at the main entry door and one into the apartment. The bathroom was great note you have to wait a little while for hot water but that’s just down to pipes. Living room nice and big with the mounted TV. Bedroom the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Location ideal to subways. Also you have a target convenience store and a great bar “Drinkers bar” located a minute or two walk. Only two very minor things. Wash the apartment windows and where do you put the trash bags when full? Overall thank you and if Wrestlemania was back In Philadelphia I’d easily stay again.

Cool location but iffy apartment
Downsides: 1. We didn't love that any guests stepping foot in the room even for a second required an extra payment and altering of our contract. We were there for a board game convention and chose this place for it's big table - but it wasn't worth an extra $40 for our friends to come over one night for 2 hours. 2. Right after we checked in, they texted and told us that they needed to access the apartment to do electrical work. 3. The "bedroom" walls do not go all the way to the ceiling - so it's really kinda more of a studio with a divider. 4. The shower was pretty awful - cold and low water pressure 5. We came back pretty late one night and there was a belligerent drunk man sleeping in the very narrow entryway to the building. We had to move his large bottle of booze to gain access to the building and then fight him to close the door while keeping him other side of the door. 6) I think there weren't really suitable sheets or pillows for my friend (who slept on the couch) 7) This was clearly a hastily put together property for VRBO. There were picture frames on the mantle with the picture that comes with them still inside the frame. Positives: 1) Cool neighborhood 2) Easy checkin 3) Reasonably priced

Good for the price
The place was fine overall. Good size, location and price. Not the cleanest - the vents need heavy cleaning, the bathroom vanity is falling apart, bathroom walls show heavy water staining, shower pressure is sad. That being said, nice size and comfortable. Could have used an extra blanket

Cannot be the location, great spot! Felt safe, liked the double keypad entry. Bed was super comfy. Plenty of towels. Spacious. Could have been up kept a little bigger (some walls scuffs, dirty carpet). Says that it sleeps six but the air mattress had a hole in it so we could not use it.

Excellent location!
Space was great and you can’t beat the location. Easy check-in. Building and unit were quiet. Dirty laundry in the washer when we arrived. Area rug needed to be vacuumed. No paper towels or dish soap and a half roll of toilet paper. The price was good, so if you don’t mind buying any supplies you’ll need and possibly dealing with a few inconveniences this place is worth it. Despite the minor issues we really liked the place and would stay there again!
