EXTRA SERVICES:

• Pool Heating: Pool can be heated for $40/day. Please specify at the time of
booking if you decide to heat the pool.
NOTE: When heated, the temperature will be set to 83-85 degrees but may vary depending on ambient temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice.
• Contact us for extra concierge services, including a pre-stocked fridge,
housekeeping, décor services, restaurant reservations, and specialty
packages (including in-home private chef experiences, yoga classes, and

• Weekly pool and landscaping services are scheduled, and they will need
access to the backyard. If this is an issue for you, please let us know.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-in: After 4 PM (Self-check-in with keypad)
• Check-out: 11 AM
• Late check-out penalty: $50; guests will be charged for any lost revenue
due to late check-out
• No smoking of any kind inside the home
• Cats & dogs permitted ($50 pet fee per pet, per stay); non-aggressive dog
breeds only; no pets in bedrooms, on furniture, or in the pool
• No eating or drinking in any of the bedrooms
• No moving indoor or outdoor furniture (beds, tables, etc)

GENERAL RULES:
• NO parties (special events must be approved by us in advance)
• No drugs or firearms allowed on the property; any illegal activity is
prohibited
• Residential noise: Music or noise must be turned down after 9 PM
• Registered guests ONLY; no additional people staying in the home without
permission
• Help us be eco-friendly: Kindly turn off lights, AC, and heating when exiting
the property
• We will charge for excessive cleanup, so please make sure to follow the
checkout instructions
• Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage,
excessive garbage, or other evidence, will result in a fine of $5000, legal
action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any
extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

BOOKING RULES:
-Guests will be contacted 24-48 hours prior to check-in with door code and check-in instructions.
-For longer stays: biweekly house cleaning is required (more than 28 days)
-WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
