Nice Place
The place was as described. The kitchen equipment was great - there were enough plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc. The cooking equipment was good, too. Suggestion: small bowls and plates.
The dining room table only had little benches to sit on. We brought in the chairs from the front porch.
There is no sofa. The living room and study (combined) had 2 easy chairs, a day bed, and these really odd "theater seating." The theater seating was really just put together, 2 level frames with mattresses under the covering. It was OK. I found it uncomfortable, but others liked it. It is as shown in the pics.
The biggest problem was that roofers began showing up at 8 am Saturday. Fortunately, we are all early risers. The roofers themselves were very good about not parking in the driveway or dumping the shingles there. However, Saturday was our last day, and we felt a little pressure to leave earlier than planned. Of course, homes need maintenance, but you should not rent your house for the days workers will be fixing it.
