“Stayed in Fern room. Check-in and out were easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Other furnishings ok for our 3 night stay (dining table, and loveseat and chair in LR), but loveseat would be rough if planning to stay inside more. We didn’t used the fireplace, but fire starters were provided. Overall, our expectations were met. Owner was very helpful over phone in providing more details about each of the rooms available. “This was by one of the nicest hotels we've EVER stayed in. Clean rooms, Dogs welcome ( our guy travels with us) Clean both outside the building and inside. And all the staff we came across smiled and said hello. Little things that make a big difference.”

“Kitchen: you have to bring your own cutting board and measuring supplies for kitchen. After requesting a tank for BBQ, you have to go to front desk-for a spatula. Bring it with the tank! Hard Pillows on bed. Casting on living room TV. No regular tv. Bedroom regular tv only. This place has always been my go-to. It's changed for the worse. I won't be back. The office use to be amazing staff... Only one room key worked. Got locked out.”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
