Key card cannot open the door
The Key card cannot open the room door! They told me that I have to pull the door to a certain position so the magnetic lock can sense it right. This is not the first time I encounter door problem in Hilton hotel. I will definitely not choose Hilton hotel again.

Had a great experience! Our flight was way delayed and we forgot to call the hotel ahead of time. Arrived at 3 AM and still was able to check in with no problem. Room was clean and bed was VERY comfortable!

Monica was wonderful, professional and kind. She made my stay stress-free and comfortable. Everyone genuinely expressed interest and concern to make my business trip successful! Thank you for hiring great people who show great customer service. My hotel room was clean, the king sized bed was super comfortable and the environment quiet for a restful nap from a red eye flight. Thank you for great stay and I will be back!

Eooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and updated. We had a pleasant stay. No complaints.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! The shuttle bus driver from the hotel to the airport was the sweetest man! I’ll definitely be staying here again for when I travel out of Pittsburgh airport !

There was no Continental breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was not pleasant. They did not explain where anything was. They checked me in and gave me a key.

Great property and great price point. Only glitch was a room heating and cooling unit that was stuck on heating the room and would not cool.

This hotel was very well kept and very clean. The staff especially April was simply the best. And also the young lady that checked us out Sunday morning, was very nice. The only reason I wouldn’t give this hotel a 10/10 is because of the buffet breakfast, it was not the best. Next time I would just order off the menu. It’s in a great location close to food and shopping. You do hear the planes taking off but it wasn’t loud to the point it kept us up or interrupted our stay. Overall would definitely recommend to family and friends. Go Steelers!!!
