The room was not cleaned during our stay. My white socks were brown from the dirty floor. I had to go to the desk twice to get towels for our room. The bed sheets were wrinkled under the duvet. The bed was hard and no topper available. My husband nor I could sleep on this bed so much so that we left for the airport 4 hours early. I am surprised Hilton would allow their name to be attached to this facility.

This hotel is not in a great area but it is next to Route 19 so easy access on and off to where you have to go. This hotel may not be in a good location but it is a little oasis so there is no reason to leave. The heated outside pool was always full and kids had a great time. The people I met there were friendly and nice, the staff was great and knowledgably. I love the wednesday happy hour another reason not to leave the property. The breakfast was exactly what people wanted just enough and it was always being replenished. The room was comfortable and nice to be able to cook in your room too.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Das Hotel liegt genau an der 19, das sollte man wissen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war ok, müsste aber, was das Mobiliar betrifft (Sofas!!!) dringend repariert bzw. ausgetauscht werden!

Disappointing vacation
Our first room had mold on bath room ceiling and by dishwasher floor sank down some probably due to water damage. The build didn’t look outside could have used some landscaping done and paint and there was dog poop on ground out side and cats wondering around. The gas grill had broken pieces one didn’t even work and it was filthy around the grill area. disappointing vacation. I would not stay here again. I travel a lot and stay at Homewood last year at sarasota and it was beautiful.

Our stay was GREAT !! especially loved the breakfasts. before we checked in, we rec'd a phone call that our room wasn't available. The check in lady gave us different rooms at the same rate. Here's the bizarre thing.... we were there for a funeral. Our key said "It's time to let me go". I kept my "key" for the funeral. I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible Experience
This hotel was terrible. The toilet was running slow as if it was going to backup when we got there. The shower wall had hair on it. We called the front desk in the morning and told them. When we return that evening the toilet backup and the shower still had hair on the wall. They sent up a young man to fix the toilet who was rude and didn't come with everything he needed. I called the front desk and told them to cancel the remainder of reservation (3 more days). They initially refused because we booked through a third party. They ended up charging us for one night we didn't stay. It was a terrible experience.
