Create special memories in my cozy home with lots of room for fun! Walking distance to SOMC & a quick drive to all of Portsmouth’s attractions.

Highlights: family friendly, fenced-in backyard (pets 👍🏽), hi-speed Internet, great free parking, playroom with toys, 55” TVs, private office, kid and adult books.

My place is cozy and welcoming— great for families & visiting professionals.

It’s an older, charming home with some upgrades. Pets are welcome. No smoking allowed. No parties.

Enjoy morning coffee in the backyard or sunroom- feels like you're in the country although you’re in the center of town.

Relaxing Stay
We’ve traveled and stayed at several VRBOs. This one is our absolute favorite! We felt very comfortable and cozy. The home was surprisingly spacious - we even lost each other a few times LOL! Everything was provided (utensils, cookware, dishes, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, toiletries)! The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup. The deer visited daily and we enjoyed the shade and listening to the birds. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We stayed here because our family live nearby. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Exactly what we needed!
Our every need was met without question! What a great place to stay.The beds were comfortable, the entire home was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Best of all, we stayed during a cold snap (overnight lows in the 20s) that lasted the whole week, but we were cozy warm in this home. Thanks so much Maile for taking care of the details so we didn’t have to.

Fantastic decor and feel.
The furniture in the house along with the architecture made it feel like a mid 60 home that never faded with modern touches. It wasn't perfect adding to that affect. It looked lived in with comfortable lived in furniture. It was a wonderful experience.
