“This was the first stop for us on a 3 week California road trip and from previous reviews we were anticipating a warm welcome with a wine and snacks reception then a hearty breakfast next morning. Sadly we were a bit disappointed. We were welcomed by the owner and had a glass of wine but then never saw her again. "There is a strong smell of wall paint in the room. There is a guest's hair and plastic label left on the dressing table, and there is a little bit of paper on the carpet. This indicates that the cleaning work in this hotel is not good. Moreover, walking from the lobby to the room is really far, and it is not suitable for use as a hotel."
