The bed is comfortable, check in is quick and easy, staff is always nice. Don't care for the $25 dog fee when my dog only weighs about 4 lbs and is potty trained, but i understand.

If you pick up the pillow and just shake it for about 5 seconds you will see the actual size of the pillow. Room was dirty and run down. Floor was lifting, ceiling stained. I could scrape the soap scum off the shower walls. Fixtures filthy and some outlets not safe. Bed was lumpy. I have photos to send to sure stay plus.

I specifically booked this room because it said non smoking. I noticed all of the rooms said non smoking yet the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming To the point I had to ask to move rooms since I had my baby with me. It wasn't much better. Honestly the whole hotel smells like cigarettes. I feel like that should be mentioned because some people do not want to be around that.

Skip this one!
It's an older hotel that has not kept up with maintenance. A bit of plaster on the corner outside my door had crumbled onto the floor & not been repaired or even vacuumed up. The men in the next room were nice enough but the walls & connecting door are paper thin. It felt like we were in the same room. They tried to be quiet, but they were drinking got louder. They quieted around 2:00 a.m. I tried calling the front desk several times but no one answered. As for the room itself; the upholstered chair looked like a cat had clawed it and something had been spilled on the side and never cleaned. Some background information is necessary for you to understand why this next thing was such a problem for me. I'm disabled & must use a walker. I reserved an "accessible" room. It failed at that.The "bedside" lamp was so far away from the bed that I had to get up & walk over to turn it off. Getting up & walking are very difficult for me, especially in the dark. I tripped a couple of times, but I have no feeling in my legs & feet, so I didn't realize what was happening. In the morning I stumbled on something again and saw it was a sharp piece of loose tile that was sticking out of the floor. Because I can't feel it, I didn't realize I was hurt until I saw blood running into the shower drain. I have several cuts on my foot requiring sterilization & bandages. In my condition this is dangerous. The desk clerk gave me a business card & said to call the manager tomorrow. She couldn't help me.
