“The view and the secluded area were awesome. All the amenities and none of the noise. If you need to unwind and relax this is the place. Such a hidden Gem. Almost didn’t want to leave the review. This would be booked 2 years in advance if everyone knew. Is on our list of definite returns. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at……

“Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set. Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. We had a room on the first floor with a “basketball team practicing above us”. The night manager was approached at one in the morning. He apologized and graciously offered to……

“The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them. I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over. When I got to the room, a maintenance staff member told me to be careful with the walls……

Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest.
