The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.

The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything (also here is the dishwasher and TV) !!! The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and restaurant service.

Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.
