We booked this hotel for 1 night. We were traveling with parents and child. This is quite good 4 star hotel. It has restaurants and bar available. Food service can be improved , for example we had ordered briyani and it took 40 mins to prepare and that too also after couple of reminders. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. This hotel also has kids play area.

I liked the room real-estate, Food and amenities. I didn't like the fact that bathroom has a transparent panels which is not conducive for non-couples. Please install some drapes that could be pulled down to block the transparent panels in the bath-room.

This hotel has never disappointed me. My birth town is only 4 miles from the hotel. I have been staying here since 2013 every time I visit Salem. Staff very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel

Disappointing.
The stay was going going well, until Breakfast. At Breakfast the restaurant staff were playing around next to the food Stalls, and I unfortunately watched one of them wipe the knife used for cutting the cheeses on the shirt of one of his colleagues. I had had some cheese, and this made me feel rather ill. I couldn't finish my meal worrying about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

The mountain facing view was excellent. The rooms are sparkling clean and the accessories (Towels, soaps, shampoo, tooth brush etc.) provided stood apart. Staff provided excellent services all the time and courteous. The Restaurant offered multiple varieties and all very tasty. Overall very nice place to stay and closers to airport, train JCT. Would highly recommend to anyone who want a peaceful stay with good food options.

The only real business class hotel in Salem.
As far as I am aware, the only real choice for a business class hotel in Salem. Clean, decent rooms, limited menu but tasty food. Spacious premises and even the rooms are quite large. Attentive and efficient staff. Only grouse was that the mattress could have been better.

Amazing Highway Hotel

Staff overcharged my mother and declined to give us the receipt. Staff lied that they took Rs. 2000 cash for early check-in in addition to regular room charges and later they said that they took only Rs. 1500 and they never gave the receipt to my family members, who reach out to front desk and management, no use. Beware of the front desk members and staff for lie. Ask for receipts and get them before you leave the front desk

Staff were attentive to needs and very helpful. The buffet at Tangerine was excellent- both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were clean and bathroom facilities nice. The lobby was very inviting. Overall this hotel gets 5 stars. This is probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed at

The property is good. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. But during birthday party and functions, service to the guests staying in Radisson is not so effective. We faced this situation on 12th July during dinner. Suggest hotel to hire more staff when ever any such parties are being organized in the restaurant.
