Located in Salt Lake East Bench near Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird, Alta ski areas) and 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake or 30 minutes to Park City. Very convenient central location in the heart of Salt Lake Valley.

Welcome to the beautiful Alta View Contempo Home! You will love this 5 bedroom 2 bathroom modern contemporary gem with two gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchens, a private hot tub, and stylish modern furnishings. This home can accommodate 14 guests and each level has its own kitchen and laundry setup.

This is Salt Lake's perfect ski retreat for a group or temporary furnished housing for traveling nurses/doctors or business professionals visiting Salt Lake for contract work. Also the perfect furnished housing for extended stays in Salt Lake. Skiers love this home for the convenient location to Little Cottonwood Canyon - a short 10 minute drive for quick access to Alta and Snowbird resorts.

This home is pet-friendly, with a $100 fee. If you are planning on bringing a furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

We came to se the monster jam show we all enjoyed the say in your home the children had lots of fun playing in the back yard as well as the retro video games that were in the home the only negative was had to reset the hot tub breaker to get it to warm up and one of the tvs in one of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a picture would definitely use this service again thank you

House was in a great location for access to big and little cottonwood canyons and downtown SLC (25-35 minute drive to the resorts). Recently remodeled home with five bedrooms, two kitchens, two sets of washers and dryers, and all the amenities. Great option when visiting the area.

Excellent location for access to the canyons and ski bus. Nearby grocery store and restaurants Proximity to Dimple Dell and the Shoreline Trail was a bonus.

Nice home
Overall was a really great house for a ski trip with 6 people. I don't have any complaints. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee table to the upstairs living room. Another suggestion would be to build a path through the backyard to the hot tub. Awesome house nonetheless.
