Charming, established Condo located in the San Antonio Medical Center, only 10 miles from Downtown and less than 10 miles from SAT airport. Convenient for Lackland AFB Visitors and Traveling Medical Professionals. Fully furnished to include washer & dryer. Perfect for small families sleeping up to 2 adults/2 children. Renovated with floor to ceiling tiled stand up shower with his and her vanities. Additional Features: Covered Back Patio, community pool and hot tub available.

Check in time: anytime after 4pm
Check out time: 11am

If presented, Short term rental agreement must be signed

Please note there is no guarantee of availability of the communal pool and hot tub area.
Each unit is owned by an individual(s). At any time there is potential for noise from rehab, pets, gatherings, neighbors, etc.

Nice Place
I had an emergency come up and looked and found this place. It was exactly like the pictures. I ended up staying longer than expected and the owner was great in accommodating me. It was reasonably priced and a great location to visit at the hospital. I would gladly stay there again if in the area.

Good for a few nights
Property was great, pool was not clean and hot tub was not working. Upstairs neighbor was very loud at all hours of the night. Overall it was good for a few nights but longer than that would have been an issue with the loud neighbor.

Wedding in San Antonio
We were in town for a friend’s daughters wedding. We came a few days early and stayed a few after so we could enjoy the sights around San Antonio. We enjoyed the comfort of the property and how close it was to the things we had to do. Thanks Val for your place

We mainly used the property as a place to sleep, as we were pretty busy during our trip. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. I personally loved the huge shower. Great stay overall.

Great birthday retreat for my lady.
The home was clean and the location was great. There were plenty of amenities in the area and highway access was a breeze. The only 2 complaints were 1) there's really hard water and the water filter needed to be replaced on the kitchen faucet sink and 2) we had to purchase wash cloths to shower but there were plenty of towels.

Not what we expected
The selection of l Ovation was probably our own fault. It was too far from downtown. Maybe good for a student but not us. Cleanliness was an issue. The carpet in the living room was very dirty. We rolled it up and set I’d aside. There were two large bugs in the bathroom light A little scary. The place was noisy as you could hear every footstep from the upstairs unit and the neighbours came in very late at night. When they talked outside it was although they were in your bedroom. Overall it was just ok for us.

We needed a place to stay for a month. All went well; although the couch was not very comfortable. Would we stay there again? Yes. We appreciated the quick response from property management.
