“Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool. I understand big ones, but small rubber rings should be……

“A very lovely experience. The hotel suite was absolutely amazing with breath taking sea view, every detail was perfect. The hotel also prepared some surprise for us as it was our honeymoon. I'll definite recommend it to anyone who plans to travel to Cadiz”

“We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour.”

“This hotel was beautiful inside and the staff were lovely. Hubby left his glasses in the cafe downstairs one evening and the waiter remembered him the next day. I'd recommend their parking arrangements as its only around the corner, the hotel is on a pedestrian street. ”

“The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was conveniently located and we loved the additional outdoor sitting area on the 4th floor. ”

“This property is in the center of Cadiz. Room is small but good for short stay if you like to be close to the vibe of the city. The downside of this that hard to get a sleep as restaurants opens at 8pm and 4am by the time everything starts to calm down.”

“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”

“Nice play to stay. Cosy room and bed. Friendly staff that helped me with my lost luggage and also resent check in instructions, when I lost my first ones. I would stay here again.”
