Worst Hilton ever!
Stayed for 5 consecutive nights, and there was no housekeeping for the first 3 days. Asked the front desk to assist in getting the housekeeping done on the fourth day, and we had to ask for three times to get it finally done at 9pm. There are major problems with management at this hotel. Worst Hilton experience ever!

Perfect hotel but be aware room facing garage
The location is just around puke market. You can basically walk to downtown and pioneer square and more spots. The door man sweetly opens front door for you every time when seeing you walk toward to door. The bathroom is so big and shower is perfect, you can adjust water and temperature separately. The gym is amazing. There is TRX for you! The only thing imperfect is the hotel is so short and one side of city view(including gym window side) is facing a GARAGE. I stay in 4F. It’s so annoying I have to keep my curtain closed forever..... I am not sure if they have higher floor is not facing the garage :(

Very unfriendly staff at check in. They told us they’d call when our room was ready and they never called. When I asked them why we didn’t get a call they said we did call. They didn’t. No apology. Very rude. For an expensive hotel the staff here are awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice property in a walkable area close to Pile Place Market. I took the Link from SeaTac to downtown with no issues. The only dislike about the hotel is the high cost of food and drinks. Also had several charges on my bill that the front desk couldn’t explain and just made up that it’s a tourism tax plus a mandatory fee from the state. Overall, very clean and I would recommend due to the location.

Pros: Very close to Pikes Market. Cons: The extra fees that they charge add up to a lot of money. Views of the parking lot had us keep the drapes closed the entire stay. People sitting in their car can look right in your room. And we were on the eighth floor. Noisy. Trash pick up is at about 3 am. Two times in three days.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable with great amenities. The beds are soft and sheets are too. I would stay here a thousand times over. The location is amazing for all sporting events and visiting Pike Place. It feels like everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and if we had to Uber it was cheap because the distance was short.

Hotel and majority of the staff was great. Valet service seemed like a rip off so I opted to park my own vehicle in the neighbouring parkade. The next morning after being woken up by screaming kids next door earlier than my liking and slamming doors we decided to load up and leave.. The street front was full of cars in the loading unloading area so when I pulled around the vehicle it was still full and valet left another occupants car on the street with the hazards on. I was stuck on the street 10 mins before he was able to get his keys and move on while another occupant decided to take his time and do car maintenance of some sort while I continued to wait on the street. A valet came out to move a vehicle which I think was his own and moved it back about a foot which I’m not sure helped anything. We loaded up on the street and went on our way.

We loved how convenient and centrally located this property was. The staff were wonderful and provided great service. Our initial room had windows overlooking a roof enclosed by other buildings. It felt like being underground and claustrophobic. We upgraded to a room on a higher floor with city views and loved it. Our room was just below the rooftop bar, but surprisingly it was very quiet. We were pretty amazed that we couldn't hear the Saturday night clubhouse music from above. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Valet Parking was terrible. Had to go around the block more than once several times during stay. Also quite expensive. Unable to get change at front desk or in bar so did not have tip money available. Appreciated service provided by Arel Wade at front desk, she made us feel very welcome. Also Mukai at Valet. My group of 4 decided to go to the roof top bar (FogRoom) at approx 5:30. There were 5 tables along the window / water side that were vacant. I asked to sit at 1 table with my group and I was told they were all reserved. We sat at the table they gave us and were there for approx 1hr 10 min and no one came in to use any of the tables. None of the tables had reserved sign's on them. As we left, I asked the hostess about the tables again and she remarked that maybe there was a no-show. I said for all the tables, and she smirked and - "yeah, I guess". The entire bar was maybe 1/4 full if that. I will never return to the "fog room".

Parking was pain , no room service , restaurant on site is over priced for what you get and had few options . Front desk was always very busy . Had a furnace smoking my out room , called down nobody came . End up shutting off the heat in the room .Will pass on this hotel next time in town . Back to the fairmont.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean’ however, it is in a very dangerous area with limited public space like lobbies or additional rooms to sit in, and very limited and expensive restaurants on-site. The hotel was rated excellent and family friendly, and that is not the case. The sun sets at 4 pm in Seattle in the winter, and thus you are forced to stay in your room at that time.

Thank god we only spent one night there! And I am sure we will never go back there ever again! Upon arrival, valet staff was not helpful and friendly as we first expected, then there was only one staff at front to check in. When we first walked in the room, it was not a very pleasant feeling, in fact I felt a bit dizziness when entering the room, not sure if it was the decor of it or it was some kind of bad energy there. We had 2 beds and one of the bed is facing right in front of a very long/ large wall mirror, very very bad in feng shui! In fact I couldn’t even sleep the whole night facing that mirror, and probably only got less than an hour worth of sleep…. Not to mention the bed is extremely uncomfortable and it’s not even in layout, but tilting towards one side, and you can tell it’s either a very cheap mattress or the mattress had been used thousands times without replacing one. The temperature in the room was also very odd, you either freezing or sweating when it set at 69, or 70 degree. Therefore I felt it doesn’t have good energy. I needed help and tried calling guest services, no one there to pick up my calls, I had to go down to the lobby and ask for help, this hotel is listed as 4 stars and I really doubt how it’s even possible they get this rating and in my opinion, maybe some 3 or 3.5 stars hotel will be much worth it. So please please save your money and your valuable family gathering time and avoid this hotel at all cause and you will thank me later.
