Settle into the gorgeous natural surroundings of this serene vacation suite, beautifully situated in a grove of evergreens overlooking Spring Lake. On sparkling summer days in Renton, relax outside on the patio, breathe in the scent of the trees, and get the gas grill going for a barbecue dinner at golden hour.
While you're in the area, enjoy a nice sunny day out at Lake Wilderness Park, where you can have a memorable family picnic among the trees that surround the placid lake. Take in the scenic mountain views at The Golf Club at Newcastle, just a short drive away, traversing the expansive verdant landscape with your best nine iron and a couple of good friends.
After a fun-filled day of exploring the local nature hotspots, you'll be welcomed home by comfortable furnishings and lovely natural light the moment you step through the door. Head inside to warm up by the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa or linger in the fresh air to light the firepit, roast some marshmallows over the flame, and share some good drinks with even better company. At bedtime, slip into a pair of cozy pajamas and get under the sheets for a good night's rest.

This suite is the private lower level of a larger home. There is a downward-sloping gravel path to reach the suite.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
