We arrived late on 4/26 at 9pm, and when we asked for a late checkout, we were told they were full and could not accommodate us. We liked that the property was quiet and the the room was spacious. Surface areas didn't look wiped down, and there was leftover, moldy cheese and olives in the fridge. The next morning, when my husband tried to shower, the water would not drain, and he could not finish showering. I called down, asking for assistance. After 45 min of trying, it was concluded that maintenance was unable to rectify the issue. My husband and I asked multiple people for a solution (perhaps, a shower in another room) and a late check out, and no one seemed to have the authority to make a decision to help us. We had friends staying in another room who allowed me to shower in their room. As we were leaving and walking through the lobby, we were approached by a woman who apologized for the inconvenience. She followed us out to our car and offered a $25 gift card, saying they couldn't give us a refund because the manager was on onsite and needed to come "investigate."
