This is the one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t recommend this enough if you are in Cambodia. The pool and the rooms are amazing, the staff was amazing as well.

The hotel is a nice oasis of calm in the heart of Siem Reap. Calm & tidy, the room was decent & pool area never too busy. The staff are what set this place apart - every single person from breakfast to spa greets you with a smile, it’s not forced, it’s genuine. A special mention to Anna, Naza & Hana at the front desk. No task too big or small. Please remember where you are, in a fundamentally poorer country, they are providing an excellent experience in terms of service & amenities.

Had a lovely stay at Sarai. Staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had this trip. The hotel is just outside the main streets of Siem Reap, but that was perfect after a day of exploring and we just wanted to chill by the pool.

We booked 4 night but stayed 8. Exceptional hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable. The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy. If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home. Thank you Sarai xx

Muy bien en general. el servcico muy atento y con gran disponibilidad a pesar de lklitado manejo del ingles y mi camboyano ( Khemer) era aun peor. El unico pero, que envuantro es que al salir del hotel te detienen paravrevisar la habitación, en la cual te dejam unas sandalian muy sencillas perp simpáticas. pensando que xomo es comun en lo hiteles te dejan pantuflas que son n una cortesia decidí conservarlas. Al pedirme que espwrsr a oaravque revisara
