“Pool facilities excellent, indoor and outdoor. Located right on the beach. The resort is very small and quiet, justtwo or three bars/restaurants. Transport to other locations very limited. Rooms were large and plenty of storage space. Food was average quality.”

“5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced……

“It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.”

“Very welcoming, helpful hosts. We enjoyed the Villa very much. Quiet, quite good view, clean, good shower with warm water supply, good wifi. A small supermarket and a bakery nearby. Good location: Old town is within walking distance, like 15-20 minutes.(We walked slowly) The drawback is: no electricity socket by the bed. Overall, l highly recommend this apartment.”

“The room was clean and tidy. It is in the old town in a great location. Slightly difficult to find for the first few days, but the old town is very compact with alleys and small streets which are lovelly and finding the room is part of the fun. The room is on the top floor so a few stairs to to (3 or 4 flights)”
