“All the water at the pools and especially at the water park was very cold”

“I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long. I will be returning in the future I hope you praise your staff well, they……

“Meine Suite war beeindruckend! Direkt am Wasser große Terrasse und das Meer war wunderschön zuhören und zusehen es fühlte sich so an als wäre ich direkt auf dem Meer. Frühstück war ok, wobei es keine Session war, war es mir dann zum Teil doch zu voll am Büffet und leider auch nicht mehr viel übrig wenn man nicht direkt als erster da ist. Das Personal dort war freundlich jedoch ich fühlte mich nicht beachtet da es dort wohl viele Stammgäste gab die komplette Aufmerksamkeit erhalten haben. Nichts……

“The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”
