I recommend you book directly with the hotel.
Because we booked through hotels.com the hotel did not seem to know we were arriving. They had several guest keys ready to be picked up but not ours. It took longer than normal to check in and they gave us the wrong room then called us to move. They were very apologetic and lovely to deal with. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

Great place to stop off if location is convenient
Really nice hotel, though slightly dated, and very empty. Great value and the staff were super helpful and really kind. Location is out of the way but good if you want to get to the ferry port in the morning.

The very calm and comfort hotel.
The overall envirement of hotel very calm. The room was very comfort and clean but hotel management not provided the complimentary tea n coffee in room. We stay at superior room which located at level 2 and need to walk-up. The staff are very nice and good services.

Good place to stay.
Room was huge and quiet! Breakfast buffet was ok.. spaghetti carbonara was good but the Pad Thai terrible. Staff really friendly and try to help as much as they understand!! They help me to book my ferry to Koh Samui. Thanks guys!!

best value I've ever had on a hotel
very low prices. nice hotel, breakfast included and had a lot of choices. thought prices were a misprint given quality. about $30 usd for room and two full breakfast buffets. unbelievable value.

Utterly disappointing and uncomfortable
Very tired travellers arrived after long long train ride and we were very disappointed. Room was stark and bed like a slab of concrete. Bare minimum of everything and worn out furniture. We were the only Westerners at breakfast which was busy and eggs stone cold. Would never stay there again!

Bad hotel
I had an opportunity to stay tho hotel only one night with my friend. When we arrived to the check in counter. Nobody greeted us until I began my conversation that we were going to check in. The staff just looked at us and request my passport. They didn't know I booked trough Expedia and it seemed didn't have my booking. So, I presented the voucher to them but they asked me when I booked it. I have stayed many 3 stars hotel and all of them I booked through Expedia. They have known exactly who I am to check in when i present my passport and booking voucher but here is the first time I met. When the check in processing finish, no room direction. We had to find the room by no any direction.The room is quite old and dirty. I found many hair in the bed. I found a lot of dust in the room. All facilities are old. I don't want to complaints but I have to compare to other 3 stars hotel that I have stayed before. This hotel is lower than 3 stars hotel.

Stay at K park 3 nights not much to say okay for the buck, but then it's said!!! Not a real hotel with service but then at this price your not paying for it, location is 10min drive by tuktuk to "town" No English, and could find a hotel with the same standard room no service right in town for half price.

Value For Money
Very nice for a stop-over stay from Koh Samui. Good breakfast. For the evening, there is nothing much around the hotel so can visit Big C for food and shopping. Try not to get a tuk-tuk from hotel but walk across the road to get tuk-tuk. It is only 20 baht each to Big C. Hotel provide comfortable transport to airport at 500 baht. Very reasonable.

We stayed one night before taking the ferry to Koh Tao. The hotel was fine, overall nothing spectacular stood out. They were helpful to book our bus/boat tickets to the islands and everything for our transfer was handled smoothly. Breakfast was ok and it was nice that they made eggs freshly in front of you, but there were not a lot of options. Overall a fine place to stay, but nothing close in the neighborhood to see or do.
