This beautiful 5 star villa is located in a small place called Raštane Donje. Accommodation of 380 m² is tastefully-furnished. It has views of the mountain and the garden. For people who are active villa offers a gym.

The villa has 4 en-suite gorgeous bedrooms and accommodates 10 people, making it an ideal vacation rental for families, multiple couples, and destination wedding guests. All bedrooms feature a king bed and have ensuite bathrooms with stand-alone shower and tub. The bedrooms are utterly peaceful and comfortable, perfect for private downtime and restful nights.

An exquisite living room with comfortable and stylish furnishings is the perfect setting for savoring evening aperitifs together, before gathering for feast at the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare your favorite cocktails and delicious meals. The modern elegance of the villa's design and décor will keep you rooted in the present and open to the peace and quiet around you.

Sehr schöne Villa in ländlicher Gegen
Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit privatem Pool. Wer es gerne ruhig und abgelegen mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Dörfliche Gegend mit sehr, sehr netten Einwohnern (wenn man den Kontakt sucht). In der Villa mangelte es an nichts. Die Betten waren super bequem und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Mängel wurden von den sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgebern Danijela und Tomislav umgehend und zuverlässig beseitigt. Die Kommunikation in englisch klappte hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Villa mieten.

Great brand new house with everything you need
Brand new house with huge estate, big pool and equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation : full kitchen, fridge, barbecue grill, separate bathroom for each bedroom, air conditioning. Easily fits 8-10 people. Very quite area but still not far from Biograd or Zadar. Great and very friendly owner. 100% recommendation
