"I found the property easily. Decent neighborhood close to NWMS. I should have known when I pulled in the drive. There was a broken screen on the side door. I went to the front door where the screen door is broken and you have to use a key hole lock at the top of the screen to secure it which is not safe. A newer electronic lock is on main door. Dropped off stuff while I did stuff with daughter. Came back to go to bed & pulled down sheets to reveal bodily fluid and/or those type stains on the sheets. I went to the second bedroom and it looked like snot on the sheets. Unacceptable & messaged owner who would bring over new sheets and I declined. That would not have cleaned the mattress cover or ??!! Just nasty!! Caulk around the tub. Broken toilet paper holder. I asked for a refund and thankfully found a room at a hotel. "

"Sometimes Super 8's can be hit or miss. This one was excellent. The night front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their hotel as the lobby, breakfast space, and rooms were very clean, especially for being pet-friendly. The only thing I wish that pet-friendly hotels in general provided was a small broom and dustpan in the rooms so that guests can help clean up after their pets for the hotel staff. We travel back and forth from WY to IL to see family often and will make this our new halfway stop spot. "

"Your front desk guy Andre was great but, bedbugs are unacceptable. Thank God, my ADA dog alerted me. It was huge, and I believe it bit her because she yelped and jumped. Never in my life have I been to a hotel that had bedbugs and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Definitely need to fumigate this place close it down and make sure it’s sanitary."
