La struttura è datata ma semplice, la stanza grande, tuttavia non c’è molta cura: nella stanza 2 lampadine erano fulminate, l’interruttore della luce del bagno era penzolante, la doccia aveva muffa tra le fughe e sul piatto con importante odore di fogna, lenzuola e asciugamani sono spesso macchiati o con fori, i prodotti del bagno l’ultimo giorno non ci sono stati lasciati (abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti!). La colazione nel complesso va bene.

To central Tbilisi,It takes about 20 minutes on foot. But this hotel is around biggest cathedral in Tbilisi. It was very helpful not to get lost. In room it was very clean spacious and confortable.

Very good
Great location - you can reach all tourist places by walk, good breakfast, quite at night. The only little problem - you need to wait until the hot water become hot, not a problem just I do not like to waste a water.

Good stay
The location is wonderful - you can walk to at least three parks near the location. I was able to reach a fortress on mountain and botanic garden. There is no problem with hot water, but you need to wait until it becomes hot actually. The conditioner was helpful to warm this place while the temperature outside was low and cool you, when it's hot. The breakfast is good enough, even if you are vegetarian.

Nimestään huolimatta hotelli ei sijaitse vanhassa kaupungissa. Ympäristö on hieman nuhjuinen. Hotelli on ihan kohtuullinen. Huone oli iso. Siivous olisi voinut olla parempaa. Aamiainen ja palvelu vastasivat hotellin tähtiä.

Small nice hotel close to Public Transport
The staff at reception was very polite and helpful. Arranged taxis when needed. Guided us to public transport. Checked us in early as we had arrived early. The room was like a small apartment. Overall a good experience.

The Hotel is good. The location is not excellent. It's close to best Church and the presidential Palace (Although you can visit the palace. You can walk around 20 minutes with hills and stairways to get to the tourist area (restaurants, Bar and more attractions) or you can take a taxi (better you have your google map because sometimes the taxis do not know exactly location) However, for the price is good if located in the tourist area will be more expensive.

Nice hotel and room, but too noisy
It says free parking, but there was no parking. Had to park on the sidewalk. The room and shower were very nice, renovated, clean and roomy. BUT was VERY noisy. The guests from the other rooms made noise many time during the night (@00:00, 01:30, 03:45, 05:30), and we could hear everything like they were in our own room. Also the noise from the street from early morning was very loud and disturbing.

Отличный отдых за приятную цену.
Великолепный панорамный вид с террасы на старый город. Номер просторный и чистый, но несколько потёртый. Хороший завтрак. Нормальный WI-FI. Закрытая парковка на три-четыре автомобиля. Основные достопримечательности находятся рядом. В целом отель достойный.

地下鉄アブラバリ駅から徒歩十分、緩やかな坂を登ります。三位一体大聖堂のすぐ隣、というと探す目安になるかも知れません。本館と新館があって、新館の一階で道路に面した部屋は、日中に車の通る音が絶えず聞こえます。部屋は三十平米ほどと広かったのですが、洗面所に臭いが立ちこめていました。浴槽はありません。朝食は美味しかったです。

Nice location, friendly stuff and good facilities
This hotel is in a quiet location not too far away from Avlabari metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and tidy. One of Tbilisi's tourist attractions - Sameba Cathedral - is only a couple hundred meters away. I enjoyed my stay here.

Two satisfied customers
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very helpful and professional. Not the typical continental breakfast but a big selection of Georgian cheese and cuts, lots of lovely fruits and breads. After a hot day in the city you were always provided with fresh water at the room. The area look a bit rough but is very friendly and cosy. A short walk down the hill you can find a metrostation, a beautiful park and a bridge over to the more touristy old town of Tbilisi. Excellent taxi service that you can pay at the reception after coming back to the hotel.

Das Hotel war ok. Das W-LAN auf dem Zimmer war sehr schlecht...Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab. Frühstück war aber sehr gut.

Low comfort, nice staff
We got to switch to another room in the beginning of our stay so we have experience from two rooms in this hotel. The beds had already seen their better days (if there ever even were any). The last double bed we had was broken on the other side and my husband had to sleep in a pit of broken springs. The showers had orange mold on the walls and on the floor which at first the staff claimed to be the natural colour of the tile. Just that the same orange colour was also seen in the plastic parts of the shower door and wall. Breakfast below average. We gave it a chance once. Coffee was instant coffee, not fresh and that was enough turn off for me. The location seemed to be an issue to find for taxi drivers although being given the exact address. Staff members were overall kind and very helpful in reserving tables in restaurants etc. I recommend this hotel if you don't have high expectations with basic elements such as quality of sleep or breakfast. I myself will make a reservation to some other hotel in Tbilisi if I go there again.

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 관광지에서 가까우며 방도 나쁘지 않았으나 주차장이 따로 없어 불편함이 있었습니다. 렌트카를 이용한다면 고려해봐야할 사항인것 같습니다.

В самом сердце Тбилиси -уютный дом-отель !!!
Впечатления об отеле остались только самые хорошие! Расположение идеальное! рядом Собор святой троицы, дворец президента, канатная дорога - до всего можно дойти за 5-15 минут. Номер чистый ,уютный в отличным видом! Сервис на уровне! Завтраки очень вкусные и очень большой выбор! Отдельное спасибо Нино- девушка что встретила нас на ресепшене, Нино дружелюбна , добра и очень мила!

Comfortable and away from crowds
Nice, unassuming place just up the hill from the presidential palace. A bit away from big tourist areas, which is a relief as they can be crowded and noisy. Good breakfast. Friendly and nice staff. My room was a good value for the price. I suggest getting a corner room if possible, because some others seem dark and gloomy.

Due to my flight arrangement i arrived @ hotel @ 7 am., and check in was 1 pm.. I was told that "room is ready, you csn check in and pay for an extra night or wait till 1 pm. Woww, that was a bit rich. I travel s bit and never ecperienced this before. I know that they have to give me the room but where is the good will??! Spart from that reasonable hotel.

I Love Tbilisi
Snyggt, rent, trevligt hotell, precis bredvid Sameba katedralen. Frukostbuffén var verkligen kanon med väldigt mycket att välja mellan!! Trevlig personal. Extremt lyhört och rätt långt från gamla stan (ca 15min promenad). Högt beläget på toppen av en brant med fantastisk vy, men inget för personer med t.ex höft- eller ryggproblem. Att åka taxi är däremot billigt 5GEL från Gamla stan till hotellet. Jag skulle rekommendera hotellet, men välja boende närmare staden nästa gång. För övrigt helt fantastisk stad att bli förälskad i.
