As you scroll through the photos, you will see first-hand the breathtaking views of being on "The Point" of Lake Mohawksin: a 2,000-acre lake which maintains a consistent water level. The backyard is your own private paradise. 150 feet of your own private water frontage with a private dock to accommodate your motor boat if you bring it. There are two beautiful boat landings just a stone's throw away to put your boat in. One boat landing is within walking distance on Deer Park Road, two blocks to the East. The other boat landing is to the West at SARA PARK.
Fish right from shore and catch an excellent variety of fish. I have personally landed Muskie, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye and Perch right from shore. The photos of the walleyes were caught off the point. Ice fishing is good too: set tip ups out from 5 feet of water to 12 feet of water. Watch your flags from inside the home!

Are you into bicycling? You're in luck. You can bike directly to the Tomahawk River Walk trail, which connects you to the beautiful Hiawatha Trail. Bike up to the Windmill Ice Cream shop, which is a popular destination in the summer. It's a gorgeous thirty minute bike ride - and you'll be rewarded with a delicious treat. OR, you can bike to Dairy Queen in town - that is about a thirty second bike ride.

As far as the home - this is a well kept, organized and clean permanent mobile home. The photos will show you that it is certainly a rustic/outdoor theme with real fish mounts from fish out of the Wisconsin River system.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a twin size bed. Also a new inflatable twin mattress bed is on site if needed too. All bedding is provided. Free laundry services are on site too: full size washing machine and full size natural gas dryer. The living room has a sofa with two recliners, one on each end. Also in the living room is a dining table with bench style seating. The kitchen has everything you need: Natural gas range, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and all of the cookware you need. Coffee pot, coffee filters, are there too. The tap water is great too......you are on City water and City sewer. No stinky well water to deal with and no septic system in the ground. There is also a nice 4 slice toaster.
