“We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!”

“I was worried when I read the reviews about the black mold but there was no mold! Clean. Beautiful marsh view. Pretty easy walk to the beach. Plenty of supplies already in house. Soap shampoo toilet paper. So nice to not have to provide. Golf cart broke down ☹️. LOTS of stairs! All in all it was a great place. Needs a couple more pots, side tables to put drinks on around sofas. Would definitely recommend though.”

“There are 6 of us in our small group and this was our first overnight stay together..a test to see if we could spend 24 hours together :) This was the perfect house for us. We each had our own beds. The house is right on the beach. It was great sitting on the porch and looking out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great time.”

“Property was great. The process of renting from Access Realty was Quite the experience. I’ve been using rental companies for 30+ years. With all the communications and required documents and documents and signing and signing and so on I felt like they were treating the rental as if I was buying it. Maybe they are new or maybe they have been burned in the past with other renters, but it was really bad. I can assure you if I see Access is handling another property that I am looking to rent, I will……
