Valet parking at $52 per day was somewhat exaggerated. Otherwise, a great hotel. But I will not return because of the pkg.

The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. Aside from this, which was our error, we really enjoyed the property itself as it was beautiful/well maintained, and as mentioned before, the staff were very helpful (they gave us a room on the opposite side of the building from Leaf's Square to try and help us with the noise level (which was still very loud!).

Love the environmentalism. Very sleek overall. Beautiful views. Although, it is loud. City problems. The cost is steep but it is definitely worth the expense. Great stay.

The property itself was very nice. Location is amazing and the room was pretty neat according to my teenage daughter. Only complaint was the breakfast offered on the second floor. I had ordered from the menu and wasn’t brought what I had ordered. Told the waitress that and she didn’t say sorry or ask if I want it taken back and make what I ordered. Wasn’t a great feeling or start to my day.

As soon as we arrived check-in was quick and easy security was great. They parked our car in our room was awesome. It’s two minutes from a leaf game 20 minutes from CN Tower walking. It’s in the perfect area. Restaurant was great little expensive but the food was really good, I would go there again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was very good and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend this place awesome.

BEST location if your going to the ACC for an event or game. A few homeless/panhandlers hanging around, but they were all nice, never felt un-safe. Easy parking, typical overpriced because of event pricing. but very convenient. Lobby is clean, safe, and inviting. on-site full grocery store, and many places to eat, however most closed "early" only found one bar/restaurant open a block away which was still serving food till midnight.
