WALDESRUH App -Chalet stands in the district Tauferberg overlooking Niederthai and the mountains. Center Niederthai 1 km. Umhausen with supermarket 7 km. Ski lift and cross-country ski trail each about 50 m, ski bus stop about 30 m. Toboggan run about 500 m. Gondola 'Acherkogelbahn' in Ötz 16 km. Restaurant about 100 m, bakery about 150 m. Access via winding road.
In the basement sauna (€ 35 per session, order). Boot dryer. Parking on the property. At the house covered balcony.
The house is furnished vacation home with lots of wood. Carpeted and parquet floors. 2x satellite TV, radio. Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). Washing machine, iron / ironing board. Oil central heating.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Local service charges € 3 per person and day (depending on occupancy) plus tourist tax. Laundry available. Deposit € 200 (in cash). Cot / high chair without charge (order). Pet allowed 2 animals, € 50 per pet and stay (registration).

Living / sitting room with dining tables, corner seat and armchairs. Kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with dining area (corner seat) for 10 people. Double room. Double room with washbasin, shower / WC. Bath / shower / double sinks. September WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, each with double bed and single bed, 1 with balcony exit. Bedroom with single bed, double sofa bed and corner bench with table, balcony exit. Bedroom with double sofa bed and benches with table, balcony exit. 2x shower / WC.
Note: When booking for the price of 13 people, the bedroom and the shower / WC remain locked in the lower ground floor.

Wochendausflug
möchte an dieser Stelle eine ehrliche und nicht geschönte Rezession schreiben. Wir sind mit einer Truppe losgezogen, wo die Messlatte einer solchen Reise relativ hoch gesteckt wird. Somit ist im Vorfeld schon mal mit den Vermietern kommuniziert worden. Für mein empfinden relativ schwierig jemanden zu erreichen, aber wenn man Ferienhäuser und eine Alm betreibt, doch auch normal. Wenn man jedoch jemand am Hörer hatte, wurde einem auch geholfen - mögliche Stellplätze für einen Reisebus - Tipps für Ausflüge - Abläufe und organisatorisches Das Haus war für unser Gruppenstärke von 16 Mann, die sich selbst versorgt haben genau richtig. Viel Platz, bequeme Betten und eine Küche in der alles zu finden war, was man für die Zubereitung von einem Herzhaften Frühstück und einem deftigen Abendessen brauch. Abgesehen von der Sauna und dem Jakuzzi, welche scheinbar defekt waren, ist die Lage einfach Weltklasse. Zusammengefasst: Ein geiles Wochenende in Niederthai, welches am Freitag Abend selbst für unsere Verhältnisse, einen komischen Verlauf nahm. Die Nachbarn entschuldigten sich, brachten Bier und Schnaps, verabschiedeten uns auch am Montag morgen, aber von den Hausherren kam leider keine Rückmeldung mehr. Da es nicht unsere Art ist, hier jemanden … Entschuldigung… durch den Dreck zu ziehen, bewerten wir das Haus sachlich und vergessen die Vorkommnisse von diesem Besagten Freitag. Via Ferrata trip
The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get confirmation and fill access to the property before you book. Because you will be disappointed like we were.

Well-equipped property in a great location
The property was well equipped for our party of 14 family & friends and in a wonderful location with views of the mountains and less than an hour's drive to the main ski runs. Communication with the property manager was difficult as they did not speak English. The property description was not clear on the Vrbo site, we expected 8 bedrooms for our party of 14 but were told we could only have 6, however they did open up an additional bedroom in the basement after we arrived. We were a little concerned that the owners came into the property unannounced a couple of times during our stay to get things from the basement. However on the whole we enjoyed our stay and would consider using this property again.

Guter Kompromiss aus Preis und Fahrzeit zum Skifahren
Wir haben die Hütte kurzfristig gemietet, weil bei der eigentlichen Hütte die Heizung defekt war. Für uns war sie der Kompromiss, dass wir mit 19 Leuten kurzfristig noch etwas bekommen haben und der etwas weiteren Anfahrt (ca. 30 Minuten pro Strecke) ins Skigebiet Sölden. Die Hütte ist soweit gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Was allerdings in unserem Fall nicht gut lief, war die Nutzung der Sauna. Wir hätten die Sauna gerne an 2 der 3 Abende genutzt. Dies war aber leider nur an einem Abend möglich. Dafür wurden uns dann aber die Kosten der Nutzung erlassen. Ein weiterer Punkt war die Buchung. Nachdem wir die Hütte gebucht hatten, haben wir noch einmal angerufen um etwas nachzufragen, bei dem Anruf kam es zu einer verwunderten Reaktion der Vermieter, dass wir die Hütte reserviert haben (könnte auch an Fe-wo liegen). Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Gesamtpaket sehr gut, Kommunikation zum Vermieter okay
Alles gepasst, bei Abreise war leider niemand anwesend um unsere Reinigung abzunehmen und Zustand sowie Sauberkeit zu bestätigen. Nach Ankunft in der Heimat kam per Benachrichtigung, dass alles gepasst hat. Somit waren wir zufrieden.
