"Great location with a gorgeous view. We were able to park our Promaster 1500 low roof van with no problem. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. My only recommendation would be: pool/beach towels. We would stay again."

"Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a place to relax and do a little boating and found a gem. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is located right on the canal with fish cleaning table and shower/hose to make an easy clean up after boating/fishing all day. Onsite boat ramp and marina were amazing! The screened in porch was a favorite spot to take in the summer breezes and after dinner we rode the bikes under the blanket of stars around the family friendly neighborhood and to the large inviting outdoor pool (open til 11)! Great place; Secure, family friendly, quiet, truly a piece of paradise. We hope to come back soon. "

"We had an amazing stay at Tropical Tides. We had several questions before our trip which were quickly answered - communication and check-in were excellent. We brought our boat and the location was perfect for boating and fishing. Easy to park our trailer and put the boat in the water for our stay. My teen and I enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and the community pool. House was extremely clean and the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We cooked almost every night and had everything we needed to do so. Beds were comfy. We had a great stay and hope to be back again! "

"Loved the patio furniture available for use. Nice shade trees. There was a problem with the sewage hookup when we arrived but the property manager was quick to help us. Some cute plants and decorations. Right across from the pool and hot tub. Perfect location "

"Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. The only reason we gave this property a 4 star was because a couple of the screen doors didn’t work. One we weren’t able to open and the other we could get to close. Also, we were disappointed in not having more than 1 glass bowl because we like to have oatmeal in the morning. "

"The property was perfectly situated on the water in a quite community. For landlubbers from Missouri, the deck looking over the water was definitely the highlight. So peaceful. The house suited our needs completely but there were several small oversights that could have been easily fixed.
