Good location, we hardly had to use the car, onsite parking was $40 a night. Suites are modern with good kitchen appliances, tv's, toiletries, but showing some wear & tear, especially on all the bathroom vanities. Pool was convenient to the rooms with enough seating and loungers for guests. Complimentary muffins, chocolates, wine etc. were all a nice touch upon arrival. One downside was people smoking around the pool area, however I would stay here again.

Very cool setup for the property. Our room door exited feet from the warm pool. Palm trees lined the walkways. Room was clean - loft style room was different but very nice. Staff was excellent. Location was superb.

We checked in and were told we'd been upgraded to a single-floor pool view suite with king beds. A nice surprise! The staff is wonderful, as is the location at the quieter end of Duval, with lots of great things to do on the east side of the island, yet close enough to walk to the busier, more touristy area. The pools, muffins, happy hours and daily maid service were all outstanding. The property and our suite felt very homey and intimate, with a very attentive staff. We would definitely go back!

This place was beautiful! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to KeyWest! Beautiful pool. The restaurant on site was delicious! Duval St was close and we could walk to all the little shops and restaurants!!

We have stayed at the Santa Maria suites several times. We enjoy the facilities, two bedroom two bath units with full kitchens are fantastic. They do need to rehab the cabinets though and maybe a few other upgrades.

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, well decorated, and clean. The housekeeping did a great job taking care of us & our suite. The desk staff at check in was exceptionally friendly, helpful, & professional. Great location near the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, sites. The pool area was tropical and relaxing.

Kudos to the front desk personnel, they were extremely helpful in coordinating activities, making reservations and providing viable suggestions of places to eat and things to do. The pool bar was pricey, but that seems to be a consistent issue in the keys. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions.

The room was absolutely gorgeous as were the property grounds. The staff were incredibly helpful. There were all sorts of nice touches like daily muffins in the room, daily Dove ice cream bars stocked in the in room freezer, daily happy hour by the poolside bar. The pool was very nice, and much needed during our hot stay. I would highly recommend!!!

Property is fantastic and convenient. They lease to Onlywood Restaurant on the property. For some reason they don’t promote the restaurant. We ate there 2 out of 5 days. Service and food were tremendous. If you go for happy hour 5-6 you get great deals on both food and drinks.

First time to Key West and booked this on a whim. I just wanted something convenient but quiet and offering everything I would need if we wanted to stay in and not venture out. The rooms were quite amazing and everything accessible. The staff is always available for any need. Private parking for golf carts or whatever you have.

The room was excellent and housekeeping did a wonderful job. It was very nice to have two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Overall, we were very comfortable with our stay. We were never able to reach guest services when we tried to call. I did not feel that the amenities really justified the price. But the room was lovely and location was great.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
