“Et utrolig flott hotell, med fantastisk frokost. Hyggelig personale, god service. Rommet vi fikk hadde kun et takvindu og et bittelite vindu på kanskje 30 X 40 cm. Det var gode senger inne i veggen, et spesielt og uvanlig rom, men koselig. Alt er holdt i gammel stil.”

“Very small room and small bed. Noisy of the toilet fans all night. Not satisfied with them take the credit information for secure because scare of the international fraud and the reception not agree I can give 100 euro instead which is not flexible at all. I travelled around more than 70 countries in the world, most of the hotels now all do not need to ask for credit card security including international hotel chains. Besides this hotel is really old and fade away I do not understand what people……

“Service is superb, and room is clean. Gym is well functional. Breakfast is like a fest. Hotel is located in City center, closed to shopping district. and metro/bus station are few steps away. Responds are efficient with maintenance team, and housekeeping when I called. Only two parts won't get a 10 out of 10 points from my opinion: Lobby Bar: service 8/10, cocktails 6/10 Palmen restaurant: service 7/10, meals 5/10 ”

“Hotel céntrico, a tres minutos andando de la estación central. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Desayuno espectacular y cena para salir del paso está bien. Por la tarde hay merienda y cafe y tés disponibles todo el día en recepción. Repetiría sin duda”

“住宿地點跟接待處是兩個地點的。兩者有一些距離，如拖喼前往較吃力，携帶小孩不合。住宿處整潔，煮食用具齊備，有電梯，附近有超市，很理想。接待員也很友善。不過透過電郵查詢，她要很長時間才回覆。整體而言，感覺愉快。”

“Standard hotel, no luxury, nothing missing either. The three-bed "family room" wasn't exactly what was promised in the pictures, but sure, there were three beds. Note that the shuttle buses from the airport are non-complementary; if you travel in a group a taxi might be a better option. ”

“Vi fikk et veldig fint rom i toppetasjen, tror de oppgraderte rommet vårt i forhold til hva vi hadde betalt for. Pent rom og rent! Har overnattet på dette hotellet før, og da fikk vi rom ut mot frokosthallen, noe som gjør at man ikke får luftet på rommet. Frokosten er helt ok, litt rotete å komme seg frem og lite utvalg i forhold til andre Scandic hotell. ”
