“This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. ”

“The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night. We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was……

“Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.”
