Great property for Notre Dame weekends - about 30 minute away from 🍀 ND! Open concept living area and kitchen boasts pub dinning table seating for 8. Sliding doors open to a large deck with furniture, and gas grill. New large pier with seating and table. Swimming in sandy bottom lake steps from deck. Very family friendly, you will have so much fun. Great fishing lake as well!! Boat rental. Is http://Mcjrentals.com.

Lovely get away

My husband grew up on Koontz lake. It was our first time visiting in twenty years and bringing our daughter. She had never seen the lake or area that her Dad grew up. Perfect location and beautiful lake views. We enjoyed a meal on the deck and night and coffee in the morning.

NJCAA Division II National Championship
Our son played in the Junior College National Championship at the Swan Lake Golf Resort. This property was just 5 minutes from the course. It was so nice to come back to the lake house and relax after a long day of golf.

Lovely weekend away
Absolutely lovely time in this wonderful property. Arrangements were easy and the stay was very peaceful. The home is very comfortable, bright and had tons of upgrades. Would highly recommend this home for your getaway!

Ladies Retreat!
The house was just the right size and accessible for older adults. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a nice size lake, the water is shallow by the pier so you can swim and float. We even rented a pontoon!
