The carpets in the room are very old and definetly need replacing.Our unit had that old smell to it when you walk in but the place was clean.

Check-in was smooth and friendly, but not intrusive. Room had been recently upgraded. Location is close to the railroad tracks but somehow was still not a problem at night. Parked right outside our door. Local flavor to the decor. Very comfortable beds and clean carpet. We would definitely stay here again!

The outside of this older property is not reflected in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped! The owner was very friendly and accommodating!

The place was quaint, quiet and perfect for a sleep over traveling on my way to CA. It is an older property but exceptionally clean and the Staff was outstanding. I will stay over there again on my long trips.

We’ve stayed in several in Wells mostly disappointed Sharon is clean accessible and parking is good. Is older so not 5 star but better than the rest of the older ones

Trains…

We thought it was going to be a quiet place and it was until the middle of the night when 5 trains went by. The tracks are very close to motel. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, bed comfy and room for my wheelchair!

Room was spotless. Fantastic bed. Great place to stay at a reasonable rate. Plenty of room. Checkin was fast and easy. Courteous staff. Explanied room . And dining options in town.

Considering Wells itself is in serious decline, this lil Motel was an affordable, pleasant surprise. It was refurbished, clean, had a refrigerator, microwave, and wonderful welcome staff. The price was fantastic. We would come here again.

Great service.

The room was very clean. We had a very late check-in due to a road closure detour. They were very friendly and accomodating .

It was very nice to be greeted when we pulled up on our motorcycles. We were offered each a towel to wipe our bikes, which was a first for me and a very kind gesture. Everthing was clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were very comfy Good value, would stay here again. Not too many food options in walking distance
